YOGA

Come home to yourself… and breathe

Allow me to guide your yoga transformation towards a life of abundance, passion, playfulness, joy and love

One to One

Couples

Families

I am passionate about developing wraparound yoga packages that will meet you wherever you are in your life. That’s where this offer is different from other drop-in yoga classes; my promise is to design a practice around you rather than you trying to fit into someone else’s idea of an hour of yoga. We spend enough of our lives trying to conform to what society expects of us.

I love to work one-to-one, with couples and with families. Families come in all shapes and sizes, mine certainly does. Each and every one of us is unique and wonderfully diverse, as is the way we shape ourselves to fit into the relationships we have with others.

Imagine the opportunity to carve out some space and time where you and your loved ones can find space to be, time to be present and see what arises. As our relationship builds, so will the transformation as we use the practice to journey within and find truer more beautiful versions of you.

‘Stop sitting there with your hands folded looking on, doing nothing; get into action and live this full and glorious life. Now. You have to do it.’

Eileen Caddy

My Experience

For the last 20 years I’ve been working with a diverse range of young people, and for me, this involves listening to them, assessing their needs and then helping them to build a way to flourish in the world.

These skills of sensitivity and responsiveness directly influence my yoga teaching.

‘Cate’s relaxation always leaves us feeling much calmer and melts away the tension from the week; we could listen to her voice all day!’
